Welcome to Alphabet Multimedia. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
1. Definitions
“Company” refers to Alphabet Multimedia, its owners, employees, and affiliates.
“Client” refers to any individual or entity engaging with Alphabet Multimedia’s services.
“Services” refer to photography, videography, live streaming, event coverage, and post-production services.
“Content” includes all images, videos, and materials produced or provided by Alphabet Multimedia.
2. Use of Services
Our services are provided for lawful personal and business use only.
Users must not misuse our services, including unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or modification of our content.
Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for the content we create, including music, images, or video materials used in their projects.
Any unlawful use of our services will result in immediate termination and possible legal action.
3. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations
Bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing.
Payments are due before the service is rendered unless otherwise agreed.
A 50% deposit may be required to secure a booking, with the balance payable upon completion.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days.
4. Intellectual Property and Copyright
All content produced by Alphabet Multimedia remains our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for the agreed purposes.
Unauthorized reproduction, editing, or resale of our content without permission is prohibited and subject to legal action.
Alphabet Multimedia reserves the right to use any content for promotional and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information and ensure all necessary permissions, including property releases and talent releases, are obtained for their projects.
Clients must adhere to professional conduct when engaging with our staff and crew.
Any additional costs incurred due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., venue access restrictions, extended shooting hours) will be billed to the client.
6. Liability and Indemnification
Alphabet Multimedia shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service delivery.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold Alphabet Multimedia harmless against any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from their use of our services.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy and comply with applicable Nigerian data protection laws.
Personal data collected is used solely for service delivery and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
Clients must not share any confidential information obtained from Alphabet Multimedia without authorization.
8. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt an amicable resolution through negotiation.
If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled through mediation or arbitration in Nigeria.
Legal proceedings, if necessary, shall be conducted in accordance with Nigerian law.
9. Force Majeure
Alphabet Multimedia shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, government restrictions, or technical failures.
10. Amendments and Updates
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Continued use of our services after updates implies acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
